With my previous career experience as an investigator, I was trained to look past the surface, find the root cause, and follow the evidence. That same instinct shapes every session I provide.

When someone comes in with neck pain, I don't just work the neck. I follow the chain. I look at how the shoulders are compensating, where the body has been bracing, and what underlying patterns are actually driving the tension.
